The Manual Lift 285L soak tank is in wide use by bakeries and larger kitchens. This commercial cleaning tank is ideal for most baking trays, bread straps, oven racks, larger hood filters and stainless broilers along with everyday other cook wares.

It's convenient size allows this tank to fit under most kitchen counters, however its weight when full may make this tank difficult to move. We recommend the 285L tank to be a stand-alone unit and contents easy accessible. This tank should not be moved once it is in the desired position.
