The Manual Lift 258L soak tank is a slightly larger version of our 230 Litre/61 gallon tank and is in wide use by bakeries and larger kitchens. This tank is ideal for most baking trays, bread straps, oven racks, larger hood filters and stainless broilers along with everyday other cook wares.

It's convenient size allows this tank to fit under most kitchen counters, however its weight when full may make this tank difficult to move. We recommend the 258L tank to be a stand-alone unit and contents easy accessible. This soak tank should not be moved once it is in the desired position.
